Kids Pilates:

This class is ideal for kids to work on their motor skills, flexibility to avoid injury, and core strength. The class revolves around having fun, getting fit and is carefully monitored.

Beginner Pilates:

This class focuses on teaching the basics of Pilates from philosophy, to breathing and core principles of the method. This is ideal for the novice Pilates student.

Cardio/Pilates Circuit:

This class alternates ten minutes of a cardiovascular workout including low-impact aerobics and step aerobics, with ten minutes of Pilates conditioning. Ideal for people who want to enjoy a cardiovascular workout while still reaping the benefits of Pilates.

Teen Pilates:

This class targets the teenager who needs to get fit. We teach teens the importance of maintaining a healthy, flexible and strong body.

Intermediate Pilates:

Once you have mastered the basics, you can move on to this group class which focuses on more advanced exercies.
