- All classes are one hour long
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance
- If a client arrives late for a class, the time will be deducted from their scheduled appointment
- 24 hour notice must be given when cancelling a class. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, for whatever reason, you will be responsible for 100% of the service
- All payments are due on the day of service
- Packages of classes expire one year from the date of purchase
- All sales are final. There is no refund for any of the services that are paid for
- The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left on the premises
